I am working with a global organisation looking for a HR Project Manager to assist with their Workday deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Support the successful delivery of Workday globally.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams (change, technical, data) ensuring alignment throughout the project timeline.
• Manage project team meetings and provide direction.
• Liaise with stakeholders to support managing dependencies and expectations.
• Manage the project plan and DRAID log.
• Present & report project progress to the Programme Manager, escalating risks, issues, and change requests as needed.
• Maintain a positive and solution-oriented approach, providing open and honest feedback.
• Present a professional and positive image in all internal and external contacts, maintaining mutually constructive relationships.
