Job summary

Maritime and Coastguard Agency in Southampton is seeking an HR Project Manager to plan, coordinate and deliver people-related project workstreams within defined governance requirements. You will develop and deliver HR policies and processes, ensure compliance with employment legislation and data protection, and manage communications and reports to support program success.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Experience delivering HR or change projects to timescales and governance.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies, employment law and data protection.
• Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal reporting and briefing skills.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of people-related workstreams across HR projects.
• Plan, coordinate and monitor project activity.
• Draft HR policies, processes and procedures compliant with law and MCA standards.
• Develop and maintain project plans, reports, risk logs and communications.
