Job summary

Lma Recruitment is recruiting an experienced HR Process & Transformation Manager to lead a major global HR transformation programme in Central London. The role will anchor SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone implementations to create consistent HR processes and enhanced employee experiences across regions.

You will gather requirements, map future-state processes, run workshops with HR, Technology and operations, and partner with vendors to standardise delivery, conduct testing and UAT, and drive

• Excellent process mapping and requirement gathering.
• Skilled in facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Experience in financial services or regulated environments is advantageous.

HR Process & Transformation Manager – VP

Location: Central London

Contract: 12 months, with potential extension

A leading global financial services organisation is seeking an experienced HR Process & Transformation Manager to join a major global HR transformation programme.

The role will support the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Employee Services Management (ESM) and Workzone, helping to create consistent, efficient HR processes and employee experiences across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and future-state HR process design.
• Facilitate workshops with HR, Technology, Operations and global stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone solutions.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and simplify HR service delivery processes.
• Produce process maps, business requirements, employee journeys and design documentation.
• Partner with implementation vendors and challenge proposed solutions where required.
• Support testing, UAT, change control and successful solution deployment.
• Build consensus across stakeholders in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.

Key experience required:

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
• Strong process mapping, requirements gathering and workshop facilitation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Financial services or regulated-environment experience would be advantageous.
