Job summary

LMA Recruitment is partnering with a leading global financial services organisation to appoint an HR Process & Transformation Manager – VP for a 12-month contract in Central London. The role is hybrid, with 2–3 days onsite, focusing on SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone implementations to standardise HR processes across regions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone.
• HR Shared Services experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale, global HR transformations.
• Strong process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influence of senior leaders.
• Financial services or regulated environment experience advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering, process analysis and future-state HR process design.
• Facilitate workshops with HR, Technology, Operations and global stakeholders.
• Support the design and implementation of SuccessFactors ESM and Workzone solutions.
• Identify opportunities to standardise and simplify HR service delivery processes.
• Produce process maps, business requirements, employee journeys and design documentation.
• Partner with implementation vendors and challenge proposed solutions where required.
• Support testing, UAT, change control and successful solution deployment.
• Build consensus across stakeholders in EMEA, APAC and the Americas.
