Job summary

Catalyst Partners is seeking an experienced HR Policy and Compliance Advisor to audit and update HR policies in line with UK employment law and European requirements. You will drive a governance framework, maintain a policy matrix, and ensure compliant guidance across the organisation.

You will collaborate with Legal, Data Protection and HR teams to validate content, while ensuring practical guidance for managers and HR colleagues.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or above, or equivalent professional experience.
• A qualification in employment law or compliance would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Audit existing HR policies for UK and European compliance.
• Identify gaps and recommend policy updates.
• Draft, update and standardise HR policies reflecting legislation and strategy.
• Maintain policy governance framework with a policy matrix and review schedule.
• Collaborate with Legal, Data Protection and other stakeholders to validate policy content.
