Job summary

The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) is recruiting an HR Policy Adviser in London on a fixed-term appointment until 31 July 2028. You will implement, develop and continuously improve HR policies, procedures and guidance to support legislative changes and workforce needs.

You will translate complex information into clear, practical guidance, contribute to staff engagement projects and employee relations initiatives, and work with the HR Policy Team to deliver excellent staff
