BMW Group UK in Farnborough offers a 13-month Human Resources placement starting July 2027, joining the HR Leadership Partnering team on a busy campus. You will gain exposure to HR partnering, employee relations, HR operations, reporting and policy application with real responsibilities from day one.

The placement provides hands-on experience across recruitment, planning, policies and talent development, plus support for induction and stakeholder engagement. Competitive pay and benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Ideally studying an HR degree or related business degree.
• Interest in HR business partnering and employee experience.
• Strong MS Office skills.
• Excellent organization and time-management; able to manage priorities.

Responsabilités

• Support HR colleagues with day-to-day activity across centralised teams.
• Undertake ad-hoc HR projects including Recruitment, Planning, Policies and Processes, and Talent Development.
• Produce letters to employees using templates within agreed timescales, e.g., improvement notices, attendance letters, disciplinary letters.
• Prepare monthly reporting and data for topics such as attendance, absence, and end dates of fixed-term contracts.
• Take notes at investigation, disciplinary and performance meetings.
• Support induction for new employees including interns and graduates.
• Gain exposure to HR partnering across the employee lifecycle.
