BMW Financial Services, Farnborough – Human Resources – 13 Month Placement (July 2027)
Summit ONE in Farnborough is home to the National Sales Company for the BMW Group in the UK, as well as BMW Group Financial Services, which offers retailers, corporate and private customers a range of customised financial services. We have an exciting opportunity in our Human Resources team in Farnborough, within our HR Leadership Partnering team. The HR function enjoys operating as one team to ensure the administration that underpins our HR activities and processes is delivered proactively, within agreed timescales and to a high standard. The role requires accuracy, confidentiality and discretion, while also providing opportunities to identify improvements to the service we provide to our colleagues and stakeholders.
This placement will provide valuable exposure to HR partnering, employee relations, HR operations, reporting, policy application and project activity, helping you build a strong foundation for a future career in HR.
