Job summary

The Royal Air Force is seeking a People Specialist to support personnel across specialisations, delivering a professional service wherever RAF operations occur.

You will advise on pay and allowances, manage movements, travel and accommodation, conduct performance appraisals, and prepare personnel for deployment to operations and exercises, often accompanying them.

• Advising on and administering pay and allowances, movements, travel and accommodation, performance appraisals.
• Preparing RAF personnel for deployment to operations and military exercises and supporting them throughout, often deploying with and working alongside them.
• Other roles include Welfare, Discipline, Career Management (assignment management), Preparing personnel for Deployment Overseas, Accounting, Recruitment and Training/Instructing.
