Job summary

Ralph Lauren is seeking a People Associate on a fixed-term contract based in our New Bond Street Mayfair, London office. You will deliver dedicated HR support across corporate functions, retail teams and People Services, handling day-to-day employee queries and Workday transactions with accuracy and confidentiality.

You will collaborate with the People Lead on UK & ROI initiatives, support onboarding, payroll coordination, and visa processes while maintaining strong relationships and upholding

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR/People/Business Partnering support role.
• Strong understanding of core HR processes incl. onboarding, ER, salary planning, annual reviews.
• Experience using Workday or similar HRIS.
• Excellent communicator capable of handling complex scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR/people support across corporate functions, retail teams and People Services.
• Process Workday actions for designated areas and maintain accurate data.
• Support payroll onboarding tasks and payroll-related activities.
• Handle employee queries and escalate when needed.
• Lead or support People projects and initiatives aligning with business priorities.
• Identify inefficiencies in processes and suggest improvements.
• Assist with salary planning, audits, and life-cycle events.
• Maintain recruitment tracker and support Talent Acquisition.
• Coordinate visa sponsorship with immigration lawyer when required.
