Qualifications

• Technical knowledge and practical experience in construction or design.
• Completed studies in Construction, Interior Design or Architecture.
• Retail design experience welcomed.
• Strong technical yet creative and visualization skills.
• Excellent MS Office / MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with legal team on contract administration for vendors.
• Update EMEA program database. Produce, maintain, and publish new and refurbishment project calendars ensuring they are issued and updated in a timely manner throughout the process.
• Review project milestone for all relevant departments, highlighting risks and opportunities to the Construction Managers.
• Help Prepare monthly spend summaries and forecasts to share with finance dept.
• Assist in creating opening cost budgets for forthcoming projects.
• Create and maintain store project files, manage drawings and all relevant documentation by partnering with internal and external stakeholders.
• Publish department communication from the construction team on internal social media platform
• Collate “as build” documentation and O&M manuals for internal record.
• Collaborate with marketing department to create imagery for hoardings.
• Manage photo archive of new store openings.
• Create decks for conference calls and visual presentations.
