Job summary

Ralph Lauren UK is seeking an energetic Showroom & Operational Support professional to help run day-to-day showroom activities, manage samples, supervise interns and coordinate internal events. You will liaise with wholesale clients and internal teams to ensure smooth market execution across UK showrooms.

The role focuses on logistics, sample deliveries, Wimbledon setup support, and delivering flawless event support for internal gatherings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sample management, events, hospitality or showroom operations preferred.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience overseeing or supporting a team.
• Event management and logistical coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Working well under pressure showing flexibility, pro-active & result focused mindset.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including fundamental and intermediate functionality.

Responsibilities

• Support the day-to-day running of the UK showrooms, ensuring tasks are effectively allocated and completed.
• Assist with showroom setup, logistics and market support, ensuring a smooth and efficient market execution.
• Oversee sample management, including deliveries, checking in, tracking and coordination with relevant brands and internal teams.
• Liaise with wholesale clients regarding sample send-outs and tracking, working closely with the Head Intern for Marketing, Brand Shops and PR.
• Manage and organise offsite sample storage.
• Assist with Wimbledon Centre Court setup, VM standards and staff maintenance during the tournament.
• Support the supervision and development of showroom interns, overseeing daily tasks and responsibilities.
• Internal Events & Logistics
• Assist with the organisation and delivery of UK internal events, including logistics, catering and booking requirements.
• Coordinate catering for large groups, trainings & senior management meetings across all our UK offices
• Manage RL Give Back programme / volunteering for the region by liaising with RL P&V US team & organising sessions for UK based teams.
