Please note this is a fixed-term maternity position for up to 12 months.
Working hours: Minimum 35 hours per week. Flexible location with a minimum of two days per month at our Territorial Headquarters, London, SE5 8FJ.

The Human Resources department offers an exciting opportunity for a talented HR professional to join our HR Operations team for a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role involves unlocking the value of our people information, generating insights and narratives to influence HR policy and strategy, and monitoring HR risk and compliance.
During this period, you will oversee our IT solution for managing Disclosure case management and explore suitable ID checking solutions for The Salvation Army. You will also play a key role in influencing and improving HR processes and communication.
The ideal candidate will be solution-focused with experience in qualitative and quantitative analysis, capable of developing compelling narratives and simplifying HR processes. They will possess expert knowledge of HR issues such as Right to Work and Disclosure, and demonstrate excellent project management, collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
