Our client, a leading organisation in the real estate and logistics property sector, is seeking a People Data and Insights Lead to join their HR team in London. This is a newly created, strategic role designed to elevate the organisation's use of people data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement across the employee experience.

We're looking for a data-driven HR professional who is passionate about turning data into actionable insights. This role will be central to delivering clear, visually compelling reporting and analysis that supports executive decision-making. You’ll work cross-functionally with HR, finance, payroll, and transformation teams to manage, optimise, and enhance people data, reporting architecture, and HR technology tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management & Governance: Ensure HR data quality, accuracy, and compliance with GDPR regulations. Lead data cleansing initiatives and support ongoing data improvement. Collaborate with HR and IT to define roles and responsibilities in maintaining data integrity. Support monthly data audits in partnership with Payroll and HR Business Partners. Coach HR team members to enhance data literacy and analytical capability. Design and deliver high-quality people data dashboards and reporting packs. Lead internal and external reporting, including KPIs, headcount, statutory submissions, and audit support. Manage data for annual HR cycles including performance management, reward, and workforce planning.
Analytics & Insights
  • Translate complex data into clear insights that inform HR and business decisions. Provide benchmarking analysis by researching external datasets and market trends. Create engaging presentations tailored to various stakeholder audiences.
HR Systems & Tools
  • Serve as business owner for key HR data tools outside the main HRIS. Work with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for system and process improvement. Support the development of an HR tech roadmap, working alongside internal transformation teams to enhance tools and reporting capabilities.
Skills & Experience Required
  • 2+ years’ experience in people data analytics or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills with a track record of creating dashboards and insights.
  • Advanced Excel and Power BI knowledge is essential.
  • Experience using a modern HRIS system (name agnostic).
