The Global Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Programme Delivery lead will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that promote diversity and inclusion, across the Howden. This individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a inclusion as part of our People First culture, develop equitable practices, and align Howden’s D&I strategy with its global business objectives
The D&I Programme Delivery Lead will be responsible for managing and delivering key diversity and inclusion (D&I) initiatives across the organisation. Reporting to the Group D&I Manager, this role will focus on embedding D&I into business processes, coordinating programmes, tracking progress, and driving engagement across regions. The ideal candidate will have experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement, and a strong understanding of D&I best practices.
