Creideas is hiring a People Advisor to support HR and employee relations in Cardiff with a hybrid working pattern. You’ll gain hands-on exposure to routine ER matters while receiving guidance from experienced advisers when needed, helping you grow practical skills in a supportive team environment.

You will handle day-to-day HR queries, assist with casework, and collaborate across the HR function to deliver a positive employee experience.
