Job summary

Acron Aviation is seeking a HR & payroll specialist to join our Crawley team to deliver payroll and a range of HR administrative activities. You will support employees throughout their lifecycle, ensuring accurate payments and compliance with UK payroll rules.

Based in Crawley, you will work closely with managers, employees, and external partners to provide a professional HR service, handle confidential data, and contribute to a positive employee experience while supporting process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience of managing end-to-end monthly payroll process and HR administration.
• Strong IT skills, advanced Word and Excel and ability to manipulate data.
• High levels of accuracy, attention to detail and handling sensitive information.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with employees, managers and third-party providers.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and guidance to managers on payroll matters.
• Manage monthly UK payroll cycle and ensure timely payments in accordance with legislation.
• Administer benefit schemes and monitor payroll information changes.
• Act as first point of contact with ADP and support month-end journals in SAP.
