Job summary

Morgan McKinley in Crawley (Hybrid) is seeking a meticulous HR Data & Payroll Specialist to support global HR operations, manage people data reporting and oversee end-to-end UK payroll. You will work with the Global HR Business Partner and HR team to contribute to projects and maintain accurate employee data.

The role requires strong Excel skills, data reporting experience, and knowledge of UK payroll legislation.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration, HR data and end-to-end payroll.
• Strong Excel skills with data reporting; Power BI is advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.
• Confidential handling of information and good communication.
• Knowledge of UK payroll legislation and HR best practice.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR data, produce reports and dashboards, analyse people metrics and support global reporting requirements.
• Process end-to-end UK payroll, including pensions, statutory payments, PAYE, National Insurance and HMRC requirements.
• Maintain employee records, holiday and sickness data, and provide HR administrative support.
• Assist with HR initiatives, training, talent management, wellbeing activities and wider people projects.
• Work closely with HR colleagues, business units and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and support HR objectives.

About the Role

An opportunity for an organised and detail-oriented HR Data & Payroll Specialist to support global HR operations, people data reporting and end-to-end UK payroll. Working closely with the Global HR Business Partner and wider HR team, you will contribute to HR projects, maintain accurate employee data and help improve processes across the function.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate HR data, produce reports and dashboards, analyse people metrics and support global reporting requirements.
• Process end-to-end UK payroll, including pensions, statutory payments, PAYE, National Insurance and HMRC requirements.
• Maintain employee records, holiday and sickness data, and provide general HR administrative support.
• Assist with HR initiatives, training, talent management, Champion wellbeing activities and wider people projects.
• Work closely with HR colleagues, business units and senior stakeholders to deliver accurate reporting and support HR objectives.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in HR administration, HR data and end-to-end payroll.
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with data and reports. Power BI experience would be advantageous.
• Excellent attention to detail, organisation and time management.
