Job summary

Acro Aircraft Seating seeks a Payroll and Accounts Assistant to handle end-to-end payroll alongside core financial processing. Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in payroll processing and accounts payable.
• Experience balancing payroll deadlines with transactional tasks.
• Familiarity with end-to-end payroll cycles and invoice-to-payment workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end monthly payroll, including overtime and statutory payments.
• Maintain payroll records and liaise with HR on starters, leavers and changes.
• Prepare RTI submissions and HMRC returns; manage pension auto-enrolment.
• Process supplier invoices, authorise payments and perform bank reconciliations.
• Assist month-end closing with accruals and prepayments.
