Job summary

CloudPay is seeking an experienced integration specialist in the UK to own the delivery of HR and payroll integrations for clients. The role involves managing integration projects, client communications, and go-live support, with opportunities for working remotely in the UK.

You will coordinate integration kick-offs, provide test results analysis, and guide clients through the deployment and hypercare phases while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR/payroll integration projects.
• Client-facing experience handling queries and managing expectations in integration projects.
• Strong time management, administration, attention to detail, and proactiveness.
• Experience with HR/payroll integration systems at user or project level.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
• Knowledge of HCM systems like SuccessFactors, Workday, Oracle or similar is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead integration kick-off calls with clients to explain technologies, configuration, testing, and go-live approaches.
• Deliver successful integration projects and manage client integration calls with updates and status feedback.
• Provide analysis, advice, and support on architectures, processes, and test results during implementations.
• Coordinate CloudPay Now implementation deliverables including integration, reports, and payslips based on client needs.
• Offer detailed analysis and advice on test results during scenario and parallel testing prior to go-live decisions.
• Manage client go-live approvals and support a smooth transition to production and hypercare period.
• Act as second-level support for the operational team managing live interfaces.
• Collaborate with quality and deployment teams to steer development of new products and systems.
