Job summary

CloudPay is seeking an Integration Specialist in the UK/Spain to lead and deliver HR and Payroll integration projects. You will work with clients, test teams, and project managers to ensure seamless integration using Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle and XML connectors.

You will coordinate go-lives, support live interfaces, and contribute to developing new integration solutions in collaboration with deployment teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering HR & Payroll integrations for clients.
• Strong client-facing communication and expectation management.
• Excellent time management, administrative skills and proactive attitude.
• Knowledge of HR/Payroll integration systems at user or project level.
• Good Excel skills; familiarity with Monday.com or similar PM tools.
• Understanding of HCM systems and related data formats (XML).

Responsibilities

• Lead integration kickoff calls with clients to explain CloudPay integration technologies and testing.
• Deliver successful integration projects and report progress.
• Provide analysis, advice, and support on CloudPay architectures and integration tests.
• Coordinate CloudPay Now deliverables (integration, reports, payslips) to enable go-live.
• Analyze test results and advise during Scenario and Parallel testing.
• Oversee client go-live approvals and smooth transition to production.
• Act as second-level expert support for live interfaces.
• Contribute to development and testing of new CloudPay integrations and products.
