GXO Logistics, Inc. in Milton Keynes is seeking a Payroll & HR Coordinator to join our River Island site. You will deliver an accurate, efficient HR and payroll service, support the employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems and data, and engage with leaders to drive business success.
This full-time role runs Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 17:00, offering a salary of up to £30,000 per annum plus benefits and employee discounts.

Here at GXO, we’re looking for a Payroll & HR Coordinator to join our team at River Island in Milton Keynes where you will play a key role in delivering an accurate, efficient and people-focused HR and payroll service. Working closely with operational leaders, colleagues and central support teams, you’ll help manage payroll activities, support the employee lifecycle, maintain HR systems and records, and contribute to engagement initiatives that make our site a great place to work. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working with data to support business success.
This is a full time, permanent position working Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00.
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to £30,000.00 per annum, and 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays).
