Job summary

Certain Advantage is seeking an HR Advisor on a 6-12 month contract, based in Milton Keynes with onsite attendance required one day per week. The role covers onboarding, recruitment, benefits, payroll and HR projects within a fast-paced environment.

Ideal candidates will have generalist HR experience, strong employee relations and payroll know-how, and solid knowledge of UK employment law. SAP HR experience is advantageous, along with proficient Microsoft Office skills and keen attention to

Qualifications

• Experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.
• Strong employee relations and payroll experience.
• Knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• SAP HR experience is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communicator with strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, recruitment, benefits, pay reviews and HR projects.
• Manage employee relations cases, providing guidance to managers and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment legislation.
• Support payroll administration, including payroll data preparation, reconciliations, pensions, statutory leave and reporting.
• Maintain HR policies, employee records and benefits administration.
• Produce regular HR reports and metrics and support the HR Business Partner and wider HR team on projects.
