CVS Veterinary Group is seeking a HR & Payroll Administrator on a 3-month fixed term contract at our Head Office in Diss. The role offers a hybrid arrangement with on-site work and some work from home. The successful candidate will support HR and Payroll teams and manage retrospective hours changes.

You will handle day-to-day admin tasks, query management, and deliver high-quality service to colleagues and stakeholders while ensuring confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within an HR/Payroll context.
• Experience in an office-based role.
• Ability to handle retrospective working pattern and contractual hours adjustments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Confidentiality and discretion in handling employee data.

Responsabilités

• Resolve colleague and stakeholder queries via Halo ticketing system.
• Provide high-level customer service to the business and stakeholders.
• Complete end-to-end admin processes for retrospective working pattern and hours adjustments.
• Support day-to-day admin tasks across HR Services including probation, general admin, and parental leave processing.
• Provide payroll support and assist with query resolution across payroll processing.
• Support ad-hoc tasks and priorities during the fixed term period.
