We're searching for a HR Business Partner to join our Trust. This isn't just an operational role; it's a strategic role where you will shape the future of our Portsmouth Schools.
Within this role, you will become a vital part of our HR team. You will play a crucial role in enhancing the people services we provide to our schools and external customers. You'll be instrumental in developing and implementing our people strategy that directly contributes to the success of our Trust.
You will be based in Portsmouth and will work with senior school leaders, developing strong relationships. Your expertise will be key in designing and delivering innovative HR solutions that meet our Trust's evolving people strategy and projects.
