Job summary

London-based HR Operations Coordinator role within an international law firm. The successful candidate will drive HR operations, ensure accurate HR data, and support payroll and monthly reconciliations while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and accuracy.

• Manage the HR Ops inbox and escalate complex queries.
• Maintain PeopleSoft records for joiners, leavers, transfers and updates, including weekly audits.
• Support London payroll and monthly reconciliations.
• Produce reports, document processes and assist the Talent team.
