Temu is seeking a highly motivated HR professional to join our Manchester team. You will manage the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and handle payroll with accuracy while ensuring compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
