You will ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and support business objectives, while managing day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient, productive work environment.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years of experience in Human Resources and solid understanding of HR policies and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset with strong teamwork orientation and sound logical reasoning.
