Temu is seeking a motivated Human Resources Talent to join our team and help drive performance and growth. You will oversee the full HR lifecycle, ensure accurate payroll processing, and align HR policies with local laws to support business objectives.

As a key contributor, you will coordinate cross-functionally to promote a productive work environment and help Temu scale its talent and operations in the UK.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ experience in Human Resources with knowledge of HR policies and best practices.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork, and sound logical reasoning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
