Job summary

Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced HR professional to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will oversee the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—and administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Reporting to the leadership team, you will ensure HR policies align with local labor laws and support business objectives while also managing day-to-day office operations for an efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3 years’ experience in Human Resources.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
