Temu is seeking a motivated Human Resources professional to join our UK team in High Wycombe. You will manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and help shape HR policy in a fast-growing organisation.

The role requires solid knowledge of UK labor laws, strong communication, and the ability to work collaboratively across functions to support business objectives while maintaining compliance and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Around 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with strong HR policies knowledge.
• In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
• Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
• Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
