Part-Time HR Operations Advisor- 4 dys per week, 2 days in Birmingham, hybrid.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Part-Time HR Operations Advisor to join our client’s dynamic People team. This role will provide end-to-end support for a range of HR operational matters across the employee life cycle, with a focus on query resolution and complex HR issues. If you have significant experience with Workday, a keen eye for detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR operations support for for people teams across EMEA
  • Resolve Tier 2 HR queries, including family leave calculations, flexible working requests, and complex settlements.
  • Manage Workday data, ensuring payroll accuracy and conducting audits.
  • Support policy review, long-term absence, and statutory updates.
  • Collaborate with the People Services team and handle escalations as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in HR Operations and HR Shared Services.
  • Proficient in Workday and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Knowledge of UK employment law is desirable.
