Job summary

Barclays is seeking a HR Operations & Payroll Senior Advisor in London. The role provides hands-on HR operations support through the separation programme, handling payroll transitions, HRIS activities and Day 1 readiness.

You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, ensuring accurate data, and coordinating with HR COEs. The role requires hybrid work with 3 days in the office at London locations.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Services and Payroll
• Knowledge of core HR processes and employee lifecycle
• Experience with HRIS platforms; Workday is desirable

Responsibilities

• Support the separation programme and Day 1 readiness
• Ensure HR data in the HRIS is accurate and reportable
• Handle day-to-day HR queries and system administration
• Support HR processes for the standalone business
• Assist with payroll inputs, validation and reconciliation
• Prepare HR documentation and regular HR reports
