Job summary

FERROVIAL CONSTRUCTION (UK) LIMITED is seeking an HR Coordinator to support the HR team across EKFB projects, delivering administrative support across the employee lifecycle including onboarding, employee records, reporting and HR coordination.

You will work closely with HR Business Partners, project teams and site managers to deliver HR support to operational teams across multiple locations, maintaining data accuracy and assisting with training coordination and general HR inquiries.

Qualifications

• Onboarding experience and employee records management.
• Ability to support HR reporting and data accuracy.
• Experience supporting employee relations and general HR queries.

Responsibilities

• Support HR team across EKFB projects, providing admin support across the employee lifecycle.
• Assist onboarding, inductions and compliance checks for new starters.
• Coordinate meetings, take notes, and assist with disciplinary, grievance and absence management activities.
• Support HR reporting and data management in HR systems to ensure data accuracy.
• Assist with training coordination, absence tracking, and answering HR queries from staff and managers.
• Work with project teams to ensure HR processes are delivered consistently.
• Liaise with HR Business Partners, site managers and project teams for efficient HR support.
