Job summary

The HALO Trust is seeking a Head of HR Programmes to provide senior strategic HR partnership to its international programmes. You will support programme leaders to manage workforce, employee relations, safeguarding and organisational capability across complex operating environments, while aligning with policies, values and legal obligations.

You will report to the HR Director and lead the IHRMs, operating across jurisdictions with governance and escalation pathways.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience in international, multi-jurisdictional or complex environments.
• Expertise in employee relations, safeguarding and people management.
• Ability to provide strategic HR advice to senior leaders across programmes.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior HR partner to programme leadership on workforce and organisational capability matters.
• Oversee workforce planning and contracting across diverse operating contexts.
• Advise on safeguarding, duty of care and complex people issues across programmes.
