Job summary

Richard Whittker Ltd is seeking a full-time HR Officer to lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and crucial HR administration for a 110-employee operation. You will report to the Production Director and drive engagement, policy adherence, and payroll support in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes CPD, confidentiality, and strong communication. A CIPD Level 3 qualification and manufacturing experience are highly desirable. This is a full-time on-site position in Rochdale.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3 in Human Resources or equivalent.
• Proven HR experience, ideally in manufacturing/fast-paced environments.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and CPD commitments.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for operational and office roles.
• Support employee relations, training needs, and performance management.
• Maintain HR databases, contracts, policy compliance, and assist payroll/attendance.
