Cpl is partnering with a family-owned organisation to appoint an experienced HR Manager in Armagh, Northern Ireland. The role leads all day-to-day HR activities, advising managers and employees while ensuring compliance and operational excellence.

You will own the full employee lifecycle, shape a positive workplace culture, drive processes, and oversee payroll, HRIS, reporting and wellbeing initiatives in a growing business.

Formación

• Minimum two years' experience in a broad stand-alone HR Generalist position.
• Strong knowledge of NI employment legislation and HR best practice.
• Proven experience managing employee relations cases.
• Experience leading recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Ability to influence, coach and support managers effectively.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the HR function, providing expert advice to managers and employees.
• Drive employee relations activities including investigations, disciplinary, grievances, capability, attendance and performance matters.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection and onboarding processes.
• Develop, review and implement HR policies, procedures and best practices.
• Coach and support managers to strengthen leadership and people management capability.
• Maintain and develop HR systems, reporting and employee records.
• Oversee payroll preparation, attendance and timekeeping data.
• Coordinate probation reviews, performance management and development initiatives.
• Support employee wellbeing, engagement and health & safety initiatives.
• Deliver HR reporting, workforce insights and compliance activities.
