As part of a global paints company, you will lead change programmes, coaching managers on employee relations, and drive talent reviews, performance management and workforce planning with a data-driven approach.

Qualifications

• Experience operating as an HR Business Partner or HR Manager.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience supporting organisational change and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver people plans aligned to objectives.
• Support transformation programmes and manage employee impacts.
• Coordinate restructuring and change projects with stakeholders.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning and performance processes.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition on recruitment and workforce planning.
• Use people data to identify risks and actionable insights.
