Flexspace is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead our HR and Talent Management function. The role focuses on recruitment, development, compensation, and employee relations to attract, develop, and retain top talent across our UK sites.

This part-time position (16–20 hours across 3–4 days) offers a pro rata salary of £50,000 full-time equivalent, with a range of benefits designed to support wellbeing and flexible working patterns.

Qualifications

Flexspace operates and manages a diverse portfolio of commercial property across around 50 sites nationwide, providing office space, workshops, and flexible business units to a wide range of customers. We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the overall management and development of our HR and Talent Management function. This is a key role, responsible for driving initiatives that attract, develop, and retain talented people while ensuring our HR practices support the continued success of the business.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact by shaping our people strategy, fostering an engaged and high-performing workforce, and supporting the continued growth and success of Flexspace. This is a part-time position, working 16–20 hours per week based over 3 - 4 days.

The salary is £50,000 per annum (full-time equivalent, based on a 37.5-hour working week) and will be pro rata according to the agreed part-time hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with and coach the management team on all aspects of people management, building strong relationships that enable constructive challenge and support a high-performance culture.
• Lead the full employee lifecycle, taking responsibility for all aspects of HR management and development, including recruitment and selection, employee relations, disciplinary and grievance matters, contracts, pay and benefits, learning and development, talent management, succession planning, and performance management.
• Drive the continuous development of HR policies, processes, and best practices to ensure compliance and support business objectives.
• Manages the payroll with support from the HR Administrator.
