Job summary

DB Recruitment are currently working with a client based in Motherwell who are looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to join their team.

We're seeking an HR professional who can take ownership of the full HR function and provide effective support across the business, with hands-on focus and the ability to work confidently with management and employees at all levels. Location: Motherwell; commute to the office is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working as an HR Manager or in a senior HR position.
• Strong knowledge across the full HR lifecycle.
• Experience working within a construction or similar industry would be highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• A practical, hands-on approach to HR.
• The ability to work confidently with management and employees at all levels.
