A leading creative business is looking for a HR Manager to join their team on a 12m FTC to start as soon as possible.
This is a global agency, with a lean HR team, so it's super fast paced with a ton of different project to get stuck into. As the sole HR Manager, reporting into a Head of, you'll be responsible for the day to day management of the HR function, covering everything from policy and process management, supporting on benefits and reward to leading on ER, change and talent management. The role will suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR and is not afraid to get stuck in wherever needed!
The ideal candidate will thrive in buzzy, fast paced environments and have demonstrated experience working in an SME business. You're approach will be agile, with a real passion for delivering People focused initiatives that suit a busy and passionate team.
They operate a hybrid model, but usually go into the office 3 days.
