Job summary

923 Jobs is seeking an experienced HR professional to provide standalone, hands-on HR support across the full employee lifecycle, with day-to-day people issues and light-touch strategic input for leadership.

The role is 15 hours per week with a flexible schedule, based in an office near Witney with some home working, and a salary of £35k. You will operate autonomously within a small SME of around 30 people, handling recruitment end-to-end, ER casework, and coaching managers.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 minimum or equivalent HR experience.
• Solid HR generalist background with end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Experience managing ER casework and advising/coaching line managers.
• Up-to-date UK employment law knowledge and ability to work autonomously.

Responsibilities

• Provide standalone HR support across the full employee lifecycle.
• Handle day-to-day people issues and ER casework.
• Advise and coach line managers on HR matters.
• Support end-to-end recruitment processes.
