Job summary

Infinity Recruitment Consultancy Limited is assisting a client based in Banbury to recruit an experienced CIPD qualified HR Manager for a full-time permanent role, working 8:30am–4:30pm with flexible hours, Monday to Friday, and hybrid working.

You will deliver professional HR services, manage records and HR systems, provide UK employment law advice, and support the people strategy. You will oversee induction, ER matters, and coach the HR team.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification required or equivalent.
• At least 2 years in a HR Manager role within a professional service or commercial environment.
• Strong UK employment law knowledge.
• Highly organised with excellent communication and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional HR services.
• Provide a positive employee journey and support the people strategy delivery.
• Oversee employee records and HR systems; review policies and procedures.
• Support talent and recruitment, induction and onboarding; manage ER matters.
• Coach the management team in HR best practice and develop the HR team.
• Build relationships with external training providers and agencies.

Our superb client, with offices based in Banbury, is seeking an experienced and CIPD qualified HR Manager to join them on a full time permanent basis working 8.30am – 4.30pm (flexible working hours available) Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

• Deliver professional HR services
• Provide a positive employee journey
• Support the people team for the people strategy delivery
• Oversee employee records and HR systems
• Provide excellent UK employment law advice
• Regularly review policies and procedures
• Support the talent and recruitment process and oversee induction and onboarding
• Support employee relations matters such as disciplinary and grievances, performance and absence management
• Coach management team in HR best practice and lead and develop your own HR team
• Build relationships with external training providers and agencies

Experience Needed

To be considered for the role of HR Manager, you will hold relevant CIPD qualifications, have at least 2 years experience in a HR Manager role within a professional service or commercial environment, have strong UK employment law knowledge, be highly organised with effective communication and influencing skills, be highly confidential and professional at all times.
