Job summary

Our client, a well-established independent accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK, seeks an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop the HR function across the business. You will support managers, provide expert guidance on employment law, and drive people strategies.

You will manage day-to-day HR services, lead the HR team, oversee payroll submissions, and collaborate with external partners to enhance engagement and retention. Flexible working is available.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualified or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years HR experience with at least 2 years in HR Manager role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law.
• Experience in a commercial or professional services environment.
• Excellent communication, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercially minded with proactive, solutions-focused approach.
