HR Manager - Maternity Cover (Fixed Term - 12 months)

Are you an experienced HR professional ready to take the lead in a busy and rewarding environment? We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to cover a 12-month maternity contract, supporting a dedicated workforce and driving key HR initiatives. Location: Must be within a commutable distance to the Medway area.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the HR function across multiple sites.
• Oversee employee relations, organizational change, and performance management.
• Manage TUPE processes, ensuring legal compliance and smooth transitions.
• Promote and embed Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion initiatives.
• Foster a culture of learning, growth, and high performance.
• Manage internal health and safety responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Ideally CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent HR experience.
• Strong experience with TUPE negotiations and implementations.
• Proven leadership of high-performing teams and delivery of people-focused solutions.
• Solid understanding of Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence to advise at all levels.
