Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Faversham

Salary: £50,000

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and inductions for warehouse/logistics staff
2. Advise managers on employee relations, performance, and HR policies
3. Ensure compliance with employment law, H&S, and company procedures
4. Maintain accurate HR records and oversee HR systems and reporting
5. Coordinate training, development, and performance reviews
6. Support shift planning, rotas, and workforce forecasting
7. Promote employee wellbeing and oversee absence and disciplinary processes
8. Liaise with payroll and manage employee benefits
9. Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Experience Required:

• Must be CIPD level 5 qualified
