Job summary

EA First Ltd is seeking a proactive HR Manager for a growing organisation on the outskirts of Ely. The role focuses on providing HR advice, managing ER cases, and acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day HR queries.

You will lead recruitment campaigns, work with managers on training and development, and help update policies and procedures while contributing to reporting and HR system work. Flexible part- or full-time hours (minimum 3 days per week) with a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or equivalent is required.
• Experience leading recruitment campaigns is preferred.
• Experience with training and development initiatives.
• Experience updating policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment campaigns for multiple vacancies.

Looking for a pivotal HR Manager role in a growing organisation, where you're the trusted go-to for HR advice?

This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive HR Manager who enjoys working in a varied and fast-pace all-round HR role. Central to role is cultivating a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes collaboration, productivity, and employee well-being.

Based on the outskirts of Ely, this role is being offered on a part- or full-time basis (minimum 3 days per week) with a genuine offering of flexibility.

The role reports into the HR Director and the company also have support from a HR consultancy.

With exciting growth plans pending, this role initially will have an emphasis on recruitment for multiple vacancies, so experience leading recruitment campaigns would be great. You'll also be working with managers on training and development for all employees, updating policies and procedures and doing reporting/system work.

You'll be managing ER cases and be the main point of contact for day to day HR queries.

This is very much an evolving role where your new ideas are valued.
