Job summary

Elanco is seeking an HR Leader (Manufacturing) to stabilise the workforce within a complex global matrix. You will lead union engagement, align policies with global HR frameworks, and guide talent development while transitioning HR services to global centres.

Based in Speke, UK, this hybrid role requires a bachelor’s degree, proven HR leadership in unionized manufacturing, and strong analytical skills to drive costs and engagement.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent level of experience.
• Experience: HR leadership in unionized manufacturing environments.
• Strong stakeholder management and analytical data insight capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support reintegration of the site into Elanco’s global HR framework.
• Lead initiatives to enhance employee experience and talent development.
• Build relationships with union stakeholders and manage negotiations.
• Transition HR services to global service centers and support Workday integration.
• Drive efficiencies through multiskilling and manage costs while maintaining engagement.
