Job summary

Boehringer Ingelheim offers a 12-month paid internship in HR at our Winnersh head office, with a hybrid working model requiring at least two days per week in the office. You will join a busy HR team, supporting onboarding, governance, talent development, data analytics, and learning initiatives across the employee lifecycle.

You will gain exposure to total rewards, succession planning, and our AI-driven BI platform, contributing to projects with real business impact and a collaborative culture.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Management is required for the placement year.
• Three A-levels at grade ABB (minimum) are requested.
• Eligibility to work in the UK for the full duration of the placement.
• Capability to travel to other sites if required.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new hires effectively by improving onboarding and coordinating welcome day delivery.
• Support governance of job descriptions and transition to a skills-based approach.
• Assist talent development processes using data and analytics.
• Develop programmes on the AI-driven BI platform and promote on-demand learning.
• Contribute to openness, respect and opportunity initiatives and intern calendar.
