The role supports over 300 employees, mainly in Knutsford, with some in Dundee, offering hands-on generalist work and opportunities to contribute to HR projects.

Qualifications

• Strong generalist HR experience across the employee lifecycle.
• Experience handling employee data with GDPR awareness.
• Familiarity with HR systems, Excel, and competency frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical, day-to-day HR support to managers and employees across UK operations.
• Lead full employee lifecycle activities for your assigned workforce, including onboarding and offboarding.
• Maintain HR data integrity and ensure GDPR compliance across systems.
